I know it8217;s not healthy but I usually skip breakfast. Lunch is roti, sabzi, dal and salad and dinner consists of one roti, vegetables, salads and sprouts. I only eat unhealthy and fattening food when I eat out.

I am not regular with my fitness regime.

I binge on chocolates and ice cream.
