MUMBAI, SEPT 2: Nachiket Chawathe won his second meet in a row at the Sachivalay Gymkhana today. He defeated fifth seed Ganadeep Bhivandkar 16-21, 21-13, 21-16, 13-21, 21-16 in the final of the Bombay YMCA Maharashtra State Ranking table tennis tournament to add to the title he won at the P J Hindu Gymkhana recently.

Mallika Parekh won her customary double, beating Mamata Prabhu in both girls8217; and women8217;s finals. Eric Fernandes removed Shashank Juvekar, who had eliminated top seed Aditya Mahagaonkar in the semi-finals, 21-11, 21-11, 21-7.

Men8217;s final: 1-Nachiket Chawathe bt 5-Ganadeep Bhivandkar 16-21, 21-13, 21-16, 13-21, 21-16.

Semi-finals: Nachiket Chawathe bt Mahendra Chiplunkar 21-16, 21-7, 21-18; Ganadeep Bhiwandkar bt Swapnil Namjoshi 18-21, 21-11, 21-14, 21-17. Quarter-finals Wednesday:

Ganadeep Bhiwandkar bt Rohit Choudhary 21-18, 21-14, 21-12; Sanjay Namjoshi bt Sanjay Nemlekar 21-15, 21-16, 17-21, 19-21, 21-11.

Boys8217; final: 2-EricFernandes bt 5-Shashank Juvekar 21-11, 21-11, 21-7.
