CHANDIGARH, MARCH 7: Local unit president of Samajwadi Party, Shivi Jaiswal, has served a notice on Amar Singh Chahal, warning him of disciplinary action for posing himself as president of the party.In the notice, Jaiswal, has also asked Chahal to abstain from such activities, which are liable for action against him as per party rules and norms.
