CHANDIGARH, Oct 30: The City police have registered a case pertaining to the death of a student of the local DAV College, Dinesh Verma, who was reportedly hit by a Contessa car CH01A 3339 belonging to S S Brar, Assistant Director, Panchayat Bhawan, while riding his motorcycle.
Police sources said that investigations into the case were going on and arrests would be effected by tomorrow. Brar, when contacted, though admitted that a car was his, he, however, refused to comment further saying that quot;the police will investigatequot; the matter.
