Calligraphy competition

CHANDIGARH, Oct 13: A total of 92 students from government, private and public schools of Chandigarh region took part in the Punjabi handwriting competition organised by the Punjabi cell of the language department, Punjab, here today.

Following are the results of the competition in order of merit: Junior Category: Preeti, Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 40-B; Neeru, Guru Nanak Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Sector 30-B. Senior Category: Puneet Kamal, Shivalik Public School, Sector 41-B; Chandan Kaur, Guru Nanak Public School, Sector 36 and Poonam Deep Gill, Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 19-C.
