Brawl turns into murder case

According to information, one Hasmukh Bhagu Rathod of Bhesan village in a complaint with the police stated that his wife had an argument with one Dinesh Rathod8217;s wife over throwing garbage. Dinesh8217;s family then attacked them with sticks, resulting in serious injuries to his two brothers Nanu Bhagu Rathod 40 and Chhagan Bhagu Rathod 35, who succumbed to injuries in the New civil hospital. Three others are being treated at the hospital for injuries.

ACP special branch M B Pethani said on Thursday evening that all the nine 8212; Dinesh Govind Rathod, his wife Bhanu Dinesh Rathod, Bharat Ishwar Rathod, his wife Kanta Bharat Rathod, Ishwar Soma Rathod, his wife Neeru Ishwar Rathod, Hitesh Dahya Rathod, Manhar Dahya Rathod and Rewaben Govind Rathod 8212; were arrested and booked for murder under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the cross complaint lodged by Dinesh Govind Rathod, he said that Nanu Rathod, Chhagan Rathod and Hasmukh Rathod, along with others hurled stones at the family over a minor argument. Cases were registered in the police station under Indian Penal Code 307 early on Thursday.
