Amid acrimonious scenes, main Opposition rjd on Friday forced adjournment of the Assembly for nearly 45 minutes with its mlas storming the well shouting slogans for not allowing their deputy leader Shakeel Ahmed Khan to raise the issue of election Commission8217;s alleged 8220;bias8221; in the conduct of the Assembly elections.

Speaking on behalf of Opposition Leader Rabri Devi, Khan made some 8220;uncharitable remarks8221; against its legal advisor K J Rao which wer expunged. 8212;PTI
