CHANDIGARH, March 9: The bail plea of accused Nasib Singh was today rejected after the prosecution opposed it on grounds that the accused was wanted in a heinous crime. It was added that the Administration had imposed Section 268 CrPC under which an accused could not be enlarged on bail.
It was added that rites in Nasib Singh8217;s daughter8217;s wedding could be performed by his son.
