.

Jacques Kallis:
There are many batting all-rounders in the game but Kallis is the best. Bowling less of late due to injury but the batting hasn8217;t dipped. To a side in transition, Kallis8217;s hunger and consistency are inspirational, and have helped him overtake teammate Shaun Pollock as South Africa8217;s best all-rounder. Needs to start bowling again at full steam

Andrew Flintoff:
Initially had problems with attitude and weight but is today the most effective bowling all-rounder. Can make the side as No. 6 batsman, third seam option or just slip fielder will buckets for hands. English cricket8217;s biggest crowd-puller since Ian Botham heroics in the 1980s, has almost singlehanded brought his team into the big time. Played a big role in England8217;s recent 11-match unbeaten Test run

Adam Gilchrist:
Not the usual all-rounder but fulfils two jobs to perfection. In front of the stumps, has a murderous strike rate and the batting average of a specialist. Lethal in ODIs, where he opens, plays just as fast in Tests at No. 6. behind the stumps, is a key reason why McGrath, Gillespie and Warne are so good. All this, and stand-in captain too. How important is he? Remember his last off-form series, in India in 20018230;

Abdul Razzaq:
Bat in hand can transform Razzaq from Mr Timid to Mr Terrifying. In ODIs, especially, Razzaq at No 6 8212; with the likes of Shahid Afridi 8212; just takes off in the slog overs. When bowling, moves the ball away at medium pace to rest the new ball bowlers. Allows Pakistan to play with five bowlers, making them the more flexible ODI team.
