Attacks on scribes condemned

CHANDIGARH, MARCH 21: The Journalists8217; Association, Chandigarh, at its meeting held here last evening, strongly condemned the murder of cartoonist Irfan Hussain, working with a leading magazine in New Delhi, and the murder of freelance journalist, Anil Rattan. As many as 38 journalists working with various national and regional newspapers, took a serious note of attacks on mediapersons in New Delhi and the failure of Delhi police in solving these cases.

The association also condemned the murder of the freelance journalist Anil Rattan at the national capital, reported yesterday.
