On Thursday, Singh filed an affidavit of his properties and other assets along with his nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha elections. Singh said that he had already paid an income tax of Rs 1.99 crore during the current fiscal year along with Rs 60,735, as wealth tax to the government.

An income tax of Rs 11.93 lakh, however, was still pending, the affidavit read.nbsp;nbsp;Singh also did not have any valuables or funds in the name of his twin daughters Disha and Drishti except for a LIC of Rs 2.5 lakh each.

According to the affidavit, Amar Singh and his wife Pankaja have Rs 10 lakh cash in hand. While bank deposits of Singh figures at Rs 3.47 crore, his wife8217;s stands at Rs 2.25 crore.

The family has bonds, debentures and shares worth Rs 16.60 crore, while they have PPF, NSS and LIC worth Rs 7.06 lakh.

The SP general secretary owns two vehicles, including a Toyota Land cruiser, while they have jewellery including diamonds worth Rs 3.32 crore. They have also got watches, furniture8217;s, mutual funds and others amounting to Rs 8.23 crore.

As per the details about the immovable assets given in the affidavit, they have agricultural land worth Rs 50 lakh, a plot in Noida8217;s sector-44 worth Rs 1.75 crore, two flats at Greater Kailash of Rs 1 crore each, one flat each at Bangalore and Koltaka valued Rs 7 crore, a commercial building at Kasturba Gandhi Marg Delhi valued Rs 1crore, a bunglow in Lucknow of Rs 2.8 crore and a house in Azamgarh worth Rs 9 lakh.

Ram Gopal Yadav, another general secretary of the Samajwadi Party 8212; first cousin of party president Mulayam Singh Yadav 8212; has properties and valuable worth Rs 71 lakh.nbsp;

Yadav possesses land worth Rs 32.43 lakh, a plot in Vrindavan housing scheme in Lucknow and a house each in Sefai in Etawah and Agra having a total worth of Rs 23.69 lakh.

He also has three firearms worth Rs 1.20 lakh and air conditioners valued Rs 2.83 lakh.
