Air-India reign supreme

Air-India scored a convincing 34-10 victory over Mahindra to claim the Industrial 8216;Super8217; division title in the selection trial tournament of the Mumbai Shahar Kabaddi Association sponsored by the Mumbai Sharirik Shikshan Mandal at Wadala on Monday.

Air-India scored a convincing 34-10 victory over Mahindra to claim the Industrial 8216;Super8217; division title in the selection trial tournament of the Mumbai Shahar Kabaddi Association sponsored by the Mumbai Sharirik Shikshan Mandal at Wadala on Monday.

Air-India8217;s Gaurav Shetty and Deepak Zazot performed outstandingly while Sinkandar Kelkar8217;s good show failed to lift the jeepmen.

In the men8217;s 8217;A8217; division, Jay Bharat won their first-ever title when they sidelined Shivshakti 10-07 to grab the late Ram Tirodkar Trophy.

In the Industrial 8216;A8217; division final, MSEB beat RCF 20-16. The winners were leading 13-6 at the lemon break. In the Industrial 8216;B8217; division final, Mumbai Customs proved too good for Aishwarya Electronics and prevailed by 23-19 margin.

In sub-junior boy8217;s section, Amar, Kalachowki, dumped Vijay Bajrnag Vyayam Shala 53-18.
