Ad-wrapped, literally

The inter-city train between Pune and Mumbai became the first train to be fully wrapped in advertisements on Thursday. This comes at a time when the Pune Division is finding it difficult to do the same for Pragati Express. Tender for inter-city was given to advertisers for Rs 4.40 lakh some time ago. Sinhagad express is also expected to get ample advertisements soon, for Rs 8 lakh.
