A service chief on terror alert

Of all the three service chiefs, it is strangely Air Chief Marshal F H Major 8212; considered the most composed of the three 8212; who seems to be quite agitated over the attacks in Mumbai. At all top-level meetings, he is reported to be the one talking options and possibilities while others have to be prodded for ideas. Sources say this explains the proactiveness, some call it over-reaction, towards recent threats that had air travellers rushing to cancel bookings. All fighter pilots in the Western Air Command have been asked to report to their bases and massive checks are underway to secure unused airstrips.
