MUMBAI: Canfin Homes Ltd, the housing finance company sponsored by Canara Bank has recorded a 4.8 growth in net profit to Rs 12.10 crore Rs 11.55 cr. Board of directors has recommended a 20 per cent dividend. The company8217;s sanctions were Rs 131.22 crore while disbursment was at Rs 102.80 crore.
