Among the 30 Cabinet Ministers who took oath, key veterans like Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, S Jaishankar returned to the Council, while new entrants like J P Nadda, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and Manohar Lal Khattar joined the ranks.
