One of his notable recommendations, shared in a viral video garnering 1.1 million views, advocates for the daily use of dry saunas as a key strategy. In the video, Dr Jalalabadi asserts, “The sauna slows down the ageing process of the skin.” He expounds on the benefits, citing improvements in collagen and elastic production and the skin detoxification achieved through the sweating process.
