Polluted environments and especially poor breathing conditions may give rise to respiratory conditions like emphysema, lung cancer, and heart disease. With the ongoing air pollution issues faced in some parts of the country like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and even Pune, it is important to take actionable steps to combat air pollution since long-term exposure is also said to harm a person’s kidneys, liver, brain, nerves, and other organs.
