Dr Dang’s lab wins the award for ‘patient experience’

Dr Dang’s Lab- medical diagnostic centre has won the award for Excellence in patient care.

Dr Dang’s Lab- medical diagnostic centre has won the award for Excellence in Patient Care at the FICCI Healthcare Awards 2010 to recognize initiatives,innovations or new products / services that have led to improved customer satisfaction levels,or a better customer experience.

Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) had organized a 2 day healthcare conference with the theme- “Healthcare for all: Global Standards with Local Touch”.

A total of 15 awards were given away in 5 categories besides the lifetime achievement awards. Dr Dang’s Lab won the award for the Best Diagnostic Centre in the category for Excellence in patient care. This category of award has been introduced for the first time this year.

FICCI organized the Healthcare Awards 2010 with an endeavor to recognize excellence in healthcare delivery. Dinesh Trivedi suggested an overhaul of the governance structure for the implementation of the healthcare projects through creation of a National Health Service to address the healthcare needs of the country with full commitment and accountability.
