WBCS 2020 application form: The Public Service Commission, West Bengal released the recruitment notification for the West Bengal Civil Service (Executive Examination) 2020. The interested candidates can apply through the website- pcswbonline.gov.in from Tuesday, November 5, 2019. The prelims examination is likely to be conducted on February 9 at various centres in Kolkata and other districts in the state. The last date to submit the application is November 25, and the application fee is November 26, 2019. WBCS 2020 eligibility criteria: Educational qualifications: The candidates need to possess a degree from a recognised university with an ability to read, write and speak in Bengali. Age Limit: The upper age limit of the candidates should not be above 36 years, while the minimum age of the candidates needs to be 21 years. The reserved category candidates will get an age relaxation as per the notification. Pay scale: The candidates for the posts of group A, B will be in the pay scale between Rs 15,600 to 42,000 with additional grade pay of Rs 5,400 per month. The candidates for the post of Group C will be in the pay scale between Rs 9,000 to 40,500 with additional grade pay of Rs 4,800 per month For the post of Group D, the candidates will get a remuneration between Rs 7,100 to 37,600 with additional grade pay of Rs 3,900 per month.
