Bihar BSEB STET to be held twice from next year; in March & September

The Bihar Board has also announced the Class 10 and Class 12 exam dates for the 2024 session. The BSEB matric and inter exams will be held in February 2024.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the exam calendar for the 2024 session. The board will conduct the Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2024 in two phases next year. The first Bihar STET will be held in March and the next in September.  

Bihar STET 2024 phase 1 exams will be conducted between March 1 and 20 and the STET 2024 phase 2 exams will be held from September 10 to 30, 2024.

Information on BSEB STET 2024 including application, eligibility and exam pattern will be made available on the official website of the examination board – bsebstet.com.

While announcing the BSEB STET dates and Class 10 and Class 12 dates, the board has also announced the dates of Industrial training Higher Secondary Level Language (Hindi and English) exams, Bihar Special School Teacher Eligibility Test (BSSTET), DPEd Examination, 2024, DElEd Joint Entrance Examination 2024, DElEd first and second exam 2024.

The STET Bihar board exam is conducted for two papers — paper 1 and paper 2. While STET paper 1 is held to recruit secondary school teachers, the STET paper 2 is conducted for the recruitment of senior secondary teachers.

In 2023, BSEB STET question paper contained 150 multiple choice questions. All the questions in BSEB STET 2023 carried one mark each. No negative marks were cut for wrong answers marked.
