Apollo Tyres Limited, Tata Steel India Limited and Bajaj Energy are among India’s Best Workplaces in the manufacturing sector. A report titled India’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing 2025 reveals that manufacturing employees at top workplaces experience psychological safety thereby having a supportive and secure work environment.

Employees in the top workplaces are 2.7 times more likely to remain in psychologically healthy environments. In 2025, the overall perception of manufacturing as a great place to work has increased to 87 per cent.

This rise reflects the growing awareness that the future of manufacturing involves not only machines and automation but also the importance of fostering a culture that supports the people behind the production lines analysed the report. Balbir Singh, CEO, of Great Place To Work, India analysed that the report involved over 8 lakh employees, showing that 87 per cent feel positive about their workplaces highlighting the sector’s progress in fostering employee satisfaction.

“To combat employee burnout, organizations are taking steps to improve work-life balance, make leaders more approachable, and enhance employee engagement. Leading organizations are building a culture of trust and psychological safety, and when employees feel valued, they are 2.7 times more likely to stay,” he added.
