Top criminal arrested under PSA in Jammu

A wanted criminal was arrested and booked under stringent Public Safety Act (PSA) in Jammu,police said on Tuesday.

Harvinder Singh alias Rehmbo was arrested last night. He was wanted in several crime cases,including shootout in Gandhi Nagar last year,they said.

The Public Safety Act was slapped on Singh by Jammu District Magistrate M K Dwivedi here.

Singh has been sent to jail for a period of two years.
