Two persons,including a Dalit,were shot dead in two separate incidents in the district on Monday,police said in Muzaffarnagar.
Ram Prasad (35),a Dalit,was shot dead by some unidentified men at Barwal village early this morning while he was returning home from work.
In an another incident,a 60-year-old farmer was killed allegedly by his nephew over some property dispute,police said.
Mangeram shot his uncle Satyaprakash dead at Rasulpur village and escaped.
Police have sent the bodies for postmortem and cases have been registered in respective police stations.
No arrest has been made in any of the cases so far.
