Till Wednesday afternoon, Rajasthan police had stuck to its plan of bringing him to Jaipur to be grilled at the Central Interrogation Centre Thursday.

“He was arrested amid increased vigilance and border alerts. He was found to be carrying photos of military camps in J&K along with five-six SIM cards,” Rajasthan DGP Manoj Bhatt said.

“He had also been arrested earlier in Assam along the international border. Intelligence agencies had interrogated him, after which he was arrested,” Bhatt said.
