Mayawati has assets worth 90,000 crores: SP

Senior Samajwadi Party leader Shivpal Singh Yadav alleged that CM Mayawati has amassed wealth worth Rs 90,000 crores.

Leader of Opposition in Uttar Pradesh Assembly and senior Samajwadi Party leader Shivpal Singh Yadav alleged on Wednesday that Chief Minister Mayawati has amassed wealth worth Rs 90,000 crores.

Addressing party workers here,Yadav said she has amassed huge wealth through wrong means and demanded that a probe be conducted into it.

“Senior most officials including IAS and IPS are realising goonda tax for the Chief Minister and the offices of District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police have been reduced to corruption dens”,the SP leader alleged.

During the occasion,party’s national vice president Janeshwar Misra said his party would also agitate against the Congress-led UPA government and alleged barring Prime Minister Manmohan Singh,all the ministers in the Union government were corrupt.
