'Orange' alert: Heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places in Odisha's Nawarangpur, Kalahandi, Kandhmal, Nayagarh, Khordha, and Puri districts, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast.
Surface wind speed reaching 50-60 kmph, gusting to 70 kmph, is very likely to occur at one or two places of Ganjam, Kandhamal, Boudh, Bolangir, Nuapada districts.
'Yellow' alert: Heavy rainfall is also very likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Angul, Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Jajpur, Keonjhar, Bhadrak, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Nuapada, Bolangir, Sonepur, Boudh, and Bargarh.
Surface wind speed reaching 40-50 kmph, gusting to 60 kmph, is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Jajpur, Cuttack, Khurda, Nayagarh, Dhenkanal, Angul, Sonepur, Sambalpur, Bargarh.
