12-year-old raped by school van driver

Nitish Kumar had admitted to having raping the girl twice earlier,says police.

A 12-year-old girl was raped allegedly by the driver of a van which ferried school children in south Delhi,police said.

The incident was reported from R K Puram area and the accused Nitish Kumar (22) has been arrested.

Police claimed that he admitted to having raping the girl twice earlier.

Members of the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) caught him and handed him over to police.

The victim is a class five student.
