In an earlier interaction with Anupam Mittal, Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airports, had declared that he would appear on Shark Tank India, but not as one of the 'Sharks.' Jeet has now fulfilled his promise, as the latest promotional clip of the show features him appearing as a mentor. Along with Jeet, the upcoming episodes will also feature a new 'Shark' - Srikanth Bolla, founder and chairman of Bollant Industries, at the Tank. The clip shows the 'Sharks' welcoming Jeet Adani and Srikanth Bolla for the Devang Special week, which will showcase differently-abled entrepreneurs pitching their businesses. One of the pitches featured in the promo highlights an entrepreneur who lost his hand in an accident. He shared his inspiring journey of designing a prosthetic hand for himself, turning his personal challenge into a groundbreaking innovation. Another pitch presents a company that sells artwork created by children with Down syndrome, while yet another brand focuses on developing audio clips tailored for hearing-impaired individuals. Speaking about his perspective on philanthropy, Jeet Adani said, "I believe in philanthropy that doesn’t just change one or two people but impacts an entire population." View this post on Instagram A post shared by Shark Tank India (@sharktank.india) During his earlier interaction with Anupam Mittal, Jeet had spoken about his passion for the upliftment of differently-abled individuals. He recalled how these values were instilled in him by his grandmother, who used to take him to orphanages and old-age homes during his childhood. At that time, Jeet had announced his intention to appear on Shark Tank India for a special episode featuring businesses run by differently-abled individuals or ventures designed to support them. Anupam had humorously quipped, “But you will take all the deals. What will we do?” He then suggested that Jeet participate as a guide instead of a Shark. In the upcoming week, Srikanth Bolla will make his first appearance on the Tank. The visually impaired entrepreneur has inspired millions, earning a place in Forbes 30 Under 30. His remarkable journey was recently portrayed by Rajkummar Rao in the 2024 film Srikanth, a biopic that received widespread praise from both critics and audiences. Talking about his experience on Shark Tank India, Srikanth wrote on Instagram, "Meeting Jeet Adani on the sets of Shark Tank India was both inspiring and refreshing. In him, I saw not just the next generation of leadership, but a mind that is sharp, forward-thinking, and deeply committed to shaping a better future. His vision for innovation and sustainability is matched by a humility that makes his achievements even more remarkable. "What stands out the most for me as an entrepreneur is his ability to combine business acumen with a genuine desire to create impact—qualities that will undoubtedly drive many industries forward. Conversations with Jeet are less about numbers and strategies but more about dreams, possibilities, and a strong belief that no goal for an Indian StartUp is too ambitious. It’s rare to meet someone who carries the weight of legacy with such grace while carving a unique path of his own. I am excited to see how he continues to push boundaries and redefine what’s possible. It was pure pleasure.”
