‘Akshay Kumar charges money, I do it for free’: Anil Kapoor’s comeback as Kapil Sharma compares appearances of both actors on his show

The cast of The Night Manager are all set to grace the finale of The Kapil Sharma Show. Anil Kapoor, Sobhita Dhulipala, Tillotama Shome and Aditya Roy Kapur will be seen having a blast on the upcoming episode. Kapil Sharma’s witty one-liners never fail to work their magic on the guests, leaving them in fits of laughter.

Kapil mentioned that Anil last appeared on the show to promote Jugg Jug Jeeyo in 2022, and even then, it happened to be the show’s finale. Now, Anil has returned, and once again, it’s the show’s finale. “Aap finale ke shaukeen hain ya aapko dusron ka kaam bandh karane maza aata hai?” (You like going to finales or you enjoy looking at people go out of work) to Anil replied, “Akshay saab toh shuru karwate hai right? Woh paise lete hain main free karta hoon (Akshay Kumar comes at the start of the season. He takes money but I do it for free).” Anil’s reply left everyone in splits.

Kapil then told Sobhita, “Bacchon main Doraemon ka Nobhita bohot famous hai. Jawano main Sobhita famous hain (Nobhita is famous among kids and Sobhita is famous among adults).” Anil then danced with Krushna Abhishek to the song Yamla Pagla Deewana. When an artist came impersonating Akshay Kumar, Kapil jokingly remarked that they could afford the real Akshay Kumar at the beginning of the season, but as the season progressed, they were left with no budget for it.

The cast of The Kapil Sharma Show also includes Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Chandan Prabhakar, Archana Puran Singh, Gaurav Dubey, Ishtiyak Khan, Sidharth Sagar and Srikant G Maski. The Kapil Sharma Show’s timeslot (weekend, 9:30 pm) will be taken up by India’s Got Talent and Shilpa Shetty, Kirron Kher and Badshah are set to return to the show as judges.
