After being together for over six years since working on the Danny Boyle-directed Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire where they also happened to have met, actors Freida Pinto and Dev Patel have now finally ended their
relationship. Patel and Pinto had even described one another as ‘soul mates’,
after enjoying a long-term relationship despite a six-year age difference between them.

Death on the sets

A tragedy occurred on the sets of film-maker Kabir Khan’s Salman Khan-starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan when Munib Ansari, a 36-year-old lightman, died of a cardiac arrest at the N.D. Studios in Karjat, on the outskirts of Mumbai. Apparently, he got the attack during the morning shift and died on the spot. Ansari, who had been working as a lightman for nearly 13 years lived with his cousin in Mumbai. His body was sent to his native place.
