Salman Khan has often been called as a person who speaks from his heart rather than his head. While celebrities often use Twitter to promote their films or express motivational thoughts, Khan’s tweets have been cryptic and  vague.  But, the All India Bakchod (AIB), a group of four stand-up comedians, Gursimran Khamba, Tanmay Bhat, Rohan Joshi and Ashish Shakya have picked up his tweets and  created a quirky song that has become a rage on social media.  Raag Salman, as the name suggests, is a Hindustani classical raag whose melodious composition is made up of Khan’s tweets. These include, Khan’s ‘thought of the day’ tweet, sung as an alap, and others that explore everything from the bhakti bhav inspired by the mention of ‘Sonakshi Devi’ to the taankari required to sing ‘uuuuuuu ppppppp’. It seems that one can also dance on  the tunes of Raag Salman. At one point, three men wearing red satin dhotis do a surprisingly graceful mix of Khan’s popular moves, like his signature towel dance and the Dabangg moves. Gursimran Khamba of AIB explains, ” His tweets have been a source of entertainment for many of us who follow him on Twitter. We wanted to have some fun out of his odd tweets. We sifetd through all of his tweets and selected a couple of them that we thought would be the funniest of the lot. ”  The raag has been sung by Umesh Goswami  and  composed by Neil Andrews, Deepak Tiwari, Karunesh Talwar, Mehar Chumble and Tanmay Bhat.
