The trilingual film – Abhinetri, Devi(L) and Tutak Tutak Tutiya – is slated to hit the silver screen in October. While the movie is said to be a thriller comedy, the actors reveal that it just not any regular horror comedy which the audience has seen.

“This movie has a very subtle horror. There are no scary or creepy ghosts in this movie. It’s just like Hollywood’s Casper,” said lead female actress Tamannaah.

Prabhu Deva also said he was lucky to part of this script after the film director A L Vijay asked him to take up a role when a hero he sought couldn’t do it. “This genre is new to me. This is first of such movie I am doing and I clearly liked it. It is very strong female-oriented story and a good family entertainer laced with ample comedy,” Prabhu said.

The movie shows Tamannaah paying two characters: one as a village woman and the other as a glam queen.

The movie will be released in Telugu (Abhinetri), Tamil (Devi) and Hindi (Tutak Tutak Tutiya). Though the movie was a “pure commercial” package to market in the languages, almost the entire cast felt it was a bad idea to do it as such and shared their own piece of difficulty.

“The trilingual shoot was a very strenuous task. It is a bad idea. Of course, all of us knew the three languages but it was very tiring. Prabhu sir handled it much easily than I did. Also, I had two roles to play and the top of all these, the dance sequences too which was a crucial part of the film. Even I had to act thrice and dance thrice. In fact I was the one who gave this bad idea to make it in all the three languages,” said Tamannaah.

Even Prabhu Deva echoed similar concern saying even director Vijay felt that it was a bad idea. “More than direction the post production was very difficult because of the shoot in three languages. Vijya said next time he would not attempt such a feat,” said Prabhu chuckling.

The major chunk of the energy in the movie is invested in dance. The National Award choreographer himself said that Tamannaah did a great job adding value to the movie. “The most important aspect of the film was the character and her dance and Tamannaah worked very hard to pull that sequence. She danced with immense energy and I am not sure whether other heroines could have achieved this If they were in her shoe,” Prabhu Deva shared.
