Amanda Bynes’s parents seek conservatorship

Amanda Bynes recently starting a small fire in a man's driveway near her parents' house by accident.

Amanda Bynes’ parents have filed for a conservatorship of their daughter and have also requested a judge to extend her temporary psychiatric hold.

Bynes,27,will now remain in the psychiatric hold for two

more weeks,reported E! News.

The actress was placed on a 72-hour-hold on Monday after

accidentally starting a small fire in a man’s driveway near her parents’ house. It is not clear why and when she arrived

in California from New York.

Rick and Lynne Bynes are expected in court tomorrow morning to request a temporary conservatorship that would place them in charge of their daughter’s legal and personal

affairs.

According to eye witnesses Bynes had a gas can and her pant leg was on fire. There were no injuries and she was not arrested.

Bynes has been in news for her frequent run-ins with the law. She is currently charges of reckless endangerment,tampering with evidence and criminal possession of marijuana for allegedly throwing a bong out of her apartment window.
