Summons to Govinda in assault case
He has allegedly slapped a person on the sets of 'Money Hai to Honey Hai' in 2008.
A court has issued summons to Bollywood actor Govinda in connection with a 2008 incident when he allegedly slapped a person on the sets of ‘Money Hai to Honey Hai.’
After the incident,complainant Santosh Rai approached the metropolitan magistrate’s court seeking action against the actor over the incident.
“Your attendance is necessary to answer to the charge,” the summons read.
“This is the first summons sent to Govinda after I filed the case,” Rai said.
Govinda will have to appear before the court personally or through his representative on October 4.
