Varun Dhawan is all set to start shooting for Dharma Productions,’Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’,on December 9.
To be helmed by debutant Shashank Khaitan,the film has Alia Bhatt as his leading lady.
The crazy love story,which will be shot in Punjab,will be Varun Dhawan’s second outing with Karan Johars production house after ‘Student of the Year’.
Meanwhile,the actor will wrap up his dad David Dhawan’s directorial venture,’Main Tera Hero’ with a song. Dhawan will picturise the song for Ekta Kapoors production on November 29,with Ileana DCruz,his co-star in the film,while Bosco will be choreographing the number.
Lately,there were reports that the actor will be doing Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Milan Talkies’, a film whose lead actor is yet to be finalised after the original hero Imran Khan opted out.
Later,Shahid Kapoor also declined to do the film. According to a source,Varun is not part of the film. Milan Talkies will be directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia.
