Actress Lindsay Lohan has dismissed reports suggesting she has been harming herself to deal with depression.

The 23-year-old star sparked health concerns after being spotted with a red scratch on her inner arm earlier this month.

But the singer has slammed the claims,insisting she is in a “wonderful place mentally,physically and spiritually.”

“I’ve had that scar on my arm for a very long time now – it’s funny it’s just being noticed, the Daily Star quoted her as telling gossip website PerezHilton.com.

I had surgery a while ago for an injury I had when I was younger,nothing having to do with depression or anything of the sort. Now back off,people! There are more important world issues to focus on!” she added.

Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) announced its first list of 14 candidates for the Bihar assembly polls, with its state unit chief Raju Tiwary and leader Hulas Pandey among the nominees.
