Kanye West wants to be godfather to Beyonce’s baby

West is going to be godfather and is absolutely thrilled about the baby as Jay-Z and Beyonce.

Rapper Kanye West is confident that the will be godfather to R&B couple Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z’s first baby.

The rapper-and-producer has told friends how excited he is about his close friend’s pregnancy because he thinks he will play a key role in its spiritual upbringing,Contactmusic reported.

“Kanye is as excited about the baby as Beyonce and Jay-Z. He’s been saying he’s going to be godfather and is absolutely thrilled. It will be a huge honour for him,” a source said.

Beyonce announced her pregnancy recently at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) by posing for photographs clutching her baby bump.

Jay-Z and West performed their new single ‘Otis’ together at the awards,which was followed by a performance by Beyonce.
