Big B visits SRK,asks about post-surgery condition

Bachchan reached 'Mannat',Shah Rukh's seaside bungalow,on Wednesday evening to inquire about the actor's health. Khan underwent the surgery to repair the tear in the main muscle of his left shoulder at the Breach Candy hospital on February 16 and was discharged on Tuesday.

Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan on Wednesday drove to the suburban Bandra residence of Shah Rukh Khan and advised his colleague not to take the post-surgery period lightly.

Bachchan reached ‘Mannat’,Shah Rukh’s seaside bungalow,on Wednesday evening to inquire about the actor’s health.

Khan underwent the surgery to repair the tear in the main muscle of his left shoulder at the Breach Candy hospital on February 16 and was discharged on Tuesday.

Earlier,Bachchan had a telephonic conversation with Khan during which he told the actor ‘not to take your post- surgery period lightly and avoid any kind of activity’.

The ‘badshah’ told Bachchan that he was feeling depressed in the hospital and so he came home.

Bachchan had messaged him with wishes for speedy recovery and Shah Rukh called him back to thank.

The two filmstars have worked together in films like “Mohabbatein” and “Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gam”.

Despite both repeatedly stating that they share a cordial relationship,speculation over their ‘rivalry’ persists,especially after Shah Rukh acted in the remake of one of Bachchan’s most popular films ‘Don’ and also replaced him as host in the popular gameshow ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’.
