When Neha Dhupia was stuck in an elevator with Tiger Shroff: ‘I wanted him out so he could go and shoot’

Neha Dhupia is back with her chat show No Filter Neha which is now in its sixth season. Over the years, Neha has interviewed many celebrities for her show and while promoting her latest season, Neha shared some fun behind-the-scenes anecdotes. Neha spoke about recording an episode with Tiger Shroff where she got stuck in an elevator with the actor.

Talking to Bollywood Hungama, Neha shared that as she was heading to shoot the episode towards the set, the elevator got stuck with her and Tiger inside. “I was like ‘I have 60 minutes with this guy’. He’s like this mega star. He has got his sunglasses on and I am in panic, someone in the elevator has pressed all the buttons. Most people in my place would be like ‘you are stuck in an elevator with Tiger Shroff, what are you talking about? This is your moment’. And in my head, I’m the co-producer, I’m not interested in this. I want him out so he can go and shoot,’ she shared with Bollywood Hungama.

Neha shared that while she was in a panic, Tiger was a cool cucumber. “There’s a blackout and all he says, really casually… He has his glasses on and then he’s like boht andhera ho gaya (it’s too dark now) and I’m like but I have only 60 minutes with you’ and he says, ‘relax, chill, ho jayega, hota rehta hai (it happens)’.”

Neha’s show No Filter Neha was an audio talk show but in the sixth season, she has introduced it with video. The first episode of the show with Shahid Kapoor is already streaming. Neha shared that Kareena Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Vicky Kaushal, Kriti Sanon, Kartik Aaryan will be seen on this season of the show.
