Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are touted to be the next Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Their onscreen and off-screen chemistry has made their fans give them the sweet name ‘Varia’. Also, after seeing them romancing in Student Of The Year, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania, there are many who wish them to date in real life as well. It seems just like their fans, the casting directors of Bollywood too can’t get enough of their delightful screen presence and this is probably why we see Varun and Alia sharing the frame yet again.
On Tuesday, Varun shared a photo with Alia on his Instagram account where he and Alia are seen in their quirky avatars. Along with the photo, Varun wrote, “Back on set with #dharma and @aliaabhatt. 4.0.” This is the fourth time that Alia and Varun will be coming together for a project. But whether it’s a movie or an ad film is yet to be known.
Earlier in June this year, there were reports of Varun and Alia teaming up for Abhishek Varman’s upcoming romance-drama, Shiddat. The film was said to go on floors in 2018. But for now, no confirmation has come either from the actors or directors.
Meanwhile, Alia has just wrapped up the Kashmir schedule of her next film Raazi and Varun is celebrating the strong run of Judwaa 2 in the theaters. The film directed by David Dhawan and starring Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu is sprinting towards the magical Rs 100 crore at the box office with Rs 85.30 cr already in its kitty.
