The grand premiere of The Archies was full of who’s who of the industry. Director Zoya Akhtar’s take on the classic comic characters stars Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Dot, and Yuvraj Menda. The young debutants came together for the first public showing of their much-discussed debut at Mumbai’s Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC).

Shah Rukh Khan and family, the Bachchans and the Kapoors came together to support these newbies. While we spotted SRK wearing The Archies T-shirt, Karisma Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Karan Johar, Vir Das, Ananya Panday, Aditya Roy Kapur, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Janhvi Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Isabelle Kaif, Hrithik Roshan, Saba Azad, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Rekha, Boney Kapoor and so many more were seen stunningly dressed for the gala night.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, who missed The Archies premiere, shared via her Instagram story, ” Good luck team Archies!! Kill it everyone. And my favourite Zoya. Can’t wait to watch. So sad to not be there.. night shoots. This is only the beginning of an amazing ride!! Lots of love.”

Netflix India shared a series of photos of the celebs at the night and wrote, “They really said arCHEESE! ✨❤️.” Sharing a series of inside photos, the streaming platform shared, “One magical night, countless emotions 🤍.”

The Archies mark the acting debut of Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana, megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya, and actor Sridevi and film producer Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi. It will also see the debuts of Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Dot, and Yuvraj Menda.

The musical, The Archies, is all set to stream on Netflix from December 7.
