Salman Khan and Aamir Khan reunite on the eve of Eid, fans ask, ‘Where is Shah Rukh Khan?’

Actors Salman Khan and Aamir Khan reunited on the eve of Eid and shared messages for their fans. Taking to his Instagram account on Friday, Salman surprised his fans by sharing a picture with Aamir. He wrote in the caption, “Chand Mubarak.” In the picture, Salman was seen sporting a classic black shirt and Aamir looked comfy in casuals. Fans on the internet flooded the comment section with red heart emoticons and called them ‘two legends.’ One fan said, “Both Khans are looking beautiful together.” However a certain section of fans demanded the presence of Shah Rukh Khan. They said, “Ek aur missing hai.”

Others wondered if the duo will be collaborating for a film. In the past, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan have worked together in Andaz Apna Apna (1994) which is considered a cult classic. Fans have been eagerly waiting for a reunion of the two actors on the big screen.

On the occasion of Eid, Salman released the multi-starrer film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Helmed by Farhad Samji, the film opened to mixed reviews from critics and audiences. The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Jagapathi Babu, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Shehnaaz Gill, Jassie Gill and Palak Tiwari.

Indianexpress.com gave the film one star. A part of the review read, “The fact that there’s no other name in the credit line of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is not accidental. Every one else in the cast is incidental to the non-existent plot, which exists only to serve the legend of Salman Khan, in and as Bhai and Jaan, aka Bhaijaan.”
