The song, crooned by Marathi singer Ajay Gogavale, was played at the backdrop of the state’s tableau when it rolled out on the Rajpath featuring the holy Pandharpur Yatra.

Riteish Deshmukh tweeted:

‘Lai Bhaari’, which released last year, marked the debut of the actor in Marathi cinema. The film was produced by his wife Genelia, 27, who also made a guest appearance in the movie. Genelia tweeted:
