Prajakta Koli gets engaged to boyfriend Vrishank Khanal, flaunts her ring in new photo

Prajakta and Vrishank’s friends and fans expressed their joy at the big news as they congratulated them. “CONGRATULATIONS @mostlysane @vrishankkhanal. Sending so much love your way,” wrote Kusha Kapila, while Meiyang Chang posted, ” Kyaaaaa baat hai … congratulations!.” Dancer Sonal Devraj also replied, ” Congratulations baby doll. You both are so cute God bless . Team Naach has to be invited to this wedding thanks.” Her JugJugg Jeeyo co-stars Maniesh Paul and Varun Dhawan also congratulated the newly engaged couple.

Prajakta Koli and Vrishank Khanal’s love story

In a recent interaction with Humans of Bombay, Prajakta Koli opened up about her love story for the first time. She shared how being very different from each other has helped them connect, and also evolve. “We are nothing alike — the kind of people that we are, the kind of content that we watch, the kind of music that we listen to, the way we react to happy or tough situations, etc.,” she said, adding that growing up, they grew even more different from each other. The actor admitted that their relationship was never easy but neither of them gave up on each other. “Even though we have had our tough times, we have loved every single minute of it. That’s what has gotten us here.”

As for their first meeting, the couple met through a common friend. “I was 18 and Vrishank was 22. We started talking on Blackberry Messenger,” Prajakta said, adding that soon their friendship evolved into love and she agreed to be his girlfriend even without meeting him. Soon they met and their relationship blossomed into a beautiful love story.

On the work front, Prajakta Koli, who became popular via her YouTube channel MostlySane, made her acting debut with the Netflix series, Mismatched. The show, also starring Rohit Saraf, Rannvijay Singha and Vidya Malvade was much loved by fans.  She then took a bigger leap into films with Karan Johar’s JugJugg Jeeyo, where she played Varun Dhawan’s sister. She was last seen in Vidya Balan’s Neeyat, which failed miserably at the box office.
