Actor Malvika Raaj and her husband Pranav Bagga shared on Instagram that they are blessed with a baby girl.

Actor Malvika Raaj and her husband Pranav Bagga took to social media to share a happy news with their fans. The couple made a join post announcing that they are blessed with a baby girl. On Sunday evening, Malvika and Pranav shared that they welcomed their first born, a baby girl, on August 23. Actor Malvika Raaj is best know for her role as the young Poo in the 2001 blockbuster Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.

Sharing an adorable pink-themed poster featuring balloons, the duo wrote, “From our Hearts to our Arms, Our Baby Girl is Here 🩷 🌍 #babygirl #ourworld #babybagga.”

The text on the announcement read, “Pink bows, tiny toes and a love that overflows. Welcome to the world baby girl. 23.08.2025. Malvika And Pranav.” Friends, family, and fans of the couple have been sharing congratulatory messages.

A reaction on the post read, “Congratulationsss you guysss 💕💕💕💕,” while another fan added, “Congratulations Malu & Pranav for being proud parents of such a beautiful angelic baby girl.. God bless her abundantly 🙌🏻💝👼🧿🤞🏼.”

After dating for 10 years, Malvika announced her engagement to Pranav in a dreamy post in August 2023. Malvika Raaj’s husband Pranav is a businessman. He proposed to the actor in Cappadocia, Turkey, surrounded by hot air balloons. The couple tied the knot in a beach wedding in Goa in November 2023.

In May 2025, Malvika shared with her fans that she is expecting her first child. She shared a photo revealing a pregnancy kit. In July, Malvika also had a dreamy baby shower, which was Mary Poppins-themed.

On the work front, Malvika made a name for herself back in 2001 by playing the young version of Kareena Kapoor’s character Pooja aka Poo in Karan Johar’s blockbuster Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Despite early recognition, Malvika Raaj decided to focus on her education and thus stepped away from the industry. Nearly 16 years later, Malvika returned to films with the Telugu-language drama Jayadev (2017), directed by Jayanath C. Paranjee. Later she was seen made her Bollywood debut in 2021 with Squad, an action thriller directed by Nilesh Sahay. The film premiered on ZEE5 in November 2021.

In 2024, Malvika also made her web series debut and was seen in MX Player’s eight-episode series, a crime-thriller, Swipe Crime.
