The recent take of Kajol and Twinkle Khanna on ‘emotional vs physical cheating’ on their show Too Much with Kajol and Twinkle went viral. The actors admitted that emotional cheating is worse for them than physical cheating, and many on the internet had an unfavourable view about the same. Recently, Huma Qureshi also reacted to it, calling herself ‘old-school’ and admitting she won’t tolerate any kind of cheating.

Speaking on Shubhankar Mishra’s podcast, she said, “Cheating is cheating, physical-emotional kya hota hai, cheating, cheating hote hai. I am very clear about this. I am a very old-school, simple girl. What is emotional cheating anyway?”

When asked about Kajol and Twinkle’s comment about how young people will have a different view about infidelity when they reach their 50s, she said, “I don’t believe in that. I am very black-white in this matter. Either don’t be with someone and if you are with someone then be with them properly. I don’t understand this free pass kind of thing. I can joke about it and say, ‘Don’t get caught otherwise I will kill you.’ I don’t understand it, then don’t be with a person, stay single and do your thing.”

What did Twinkle and Kajol say?

During a recent episode of Too Much with Kajol and Twinkle, which saw Janhvi Kapoor and Karan Johar as guests, they asked a question: “Whether emotional infidelity is worse than physical infidelity.”

While Kajol, Karan Johar and Twinkle Khanna stood on one side of the topic, Janhvi found herself alone. Karan said, “Physical infidelity is not a deal breaker,” to which Janhvi replied, “No, the deal is broken.” Twinkle added, “We’re in our 50s, she’s in her 20s, and she will get into this circle soon. She hasn’t seen the things we have seen. Raat gayi baat gayi. (What’s happened, has happened).”
