Fardeen Khan asked to be replaced in All The Best because Feroz Khan was critical, recalls Rohit Shetty
Rohit Shetty said that even though Fardeen Khan offered to walk out of All The Best because of his father's medical condition, they decided to delay the film.

Director Rohit Shetty who recently delivered the hit Singham Again, has been discussing many of his past hits in interviews as he is celebrating his latest hit. In a recent interview, Rohit recalled making All The Best and shared that at one point, Fardeen requested him to replace him from the film as his father, actor Feroz Khan, was quite critical. At that point, the medical team of Feroz Khan knew that he didn’t have much time left and looking at the situation, Fardeen decided to back out from the project.
Rohit recalled that it wasn’t just him, but Ajay Devgn’s decision as well where in they decided that they would not replace Fardeen even if that meant that the film would get delayed. “Feroz Khan was very ill and the doctors had given up, it was a serious issue. Fardeen had called and told us about it. He was not sure as to what would happen next and he asked us to go ahead and replace him but we decided to wait,” he shared.
Rohit said that the film was supposed to be shot in Goa but by the time they started shooting, it was time for monsoons. He also recalled that Mugdha Godse, who was also a part of the film’s cast, got in an accident just days before the shoot but they decided that they would move their schedule to accommodate her, rather than replacing her with another actor.
“We changed the schedule of the scenes but didn’t replace her. She recovered in a week but had a bandage around her neck so she would remove that and give the shot, and then wear it again,” he shared.
