Dhurandhar box office collection day 18: Aditya Dhar’s period spy thriller Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, continues to break global box office records despite a significant fall in domestic earnings on its third Monday. The film has now collected Rs 571.75 crore at the Indian box office and Rs 872.25 crore at the worldwide box office.
On Monday (day 18), at the domestic box office, Dhurandhar added another Rs 16 crore to its overall haul. While the film hasn’t dropped down to single digits even in its third week, the earnings on its third Monday were a massive drop, at about 58%, from those on its third Sunday (day 17), when the film amassed Rs 38.5 crore.
Dhurandhar will soon surpass Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava, which made Rs 601.54 crore in India at the time of its release, earlier this year. Globally, Chhavva made around Rs 807 crore, and Dhurandhar has already crossed that benchmark. In three days, it’ll also face fresh competition from Sameer Vidhwans’ romantic comedy Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, starring Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday.
Even after registering the 58% drop in its domestic box office collection on the third Monday, Dhurandhar has broken a couple of more records at the global box office. After earning another Rs 16 crore in India, the worldwide box office collection of the film now stands at Rs 872.25 crore. This has made it the highest Indian grosser of 2025 worldwide.
After surpassing Laman Utekar’s period war drama Chhaava (Rs 807.91 crore), starring Vicky Kaushal, the Ranveer Singh-starrer has now also surpassed Rishab Shetty’s Kannada period action epic Kantara: Chapter 1 (Rs 852.31 crore) to become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2205 at the global box office.
Not just that, Dhurandhar has also edged past the worldwide box office haul of Stree 2 (Rs 857.15 crore) to become the 12th highest Indian grosser worldwide ever. Its next target now is Secret Superstar, which amassed Rs 912.75 crore at the global box office.
Co-produced by Lokesh Dhar and Aditya Dhar’s B62 Studios and Jyoti Deshpande-led Jio Studios, Dhurandhar boasts of an ensemble cast also including Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi, Sara Arjun, and Gaurav Gera.
