Housefull 5: Chitrangda Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, and Nargis Fakri join the cast of Akshay Kumar-starrer

Housefull 5: The makers of Housefull 5 have finalised the female cast of the film. On Thursday, they announced actors Chitrangada Singh, Nargis Fakhri, Sonam Bajwa, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Soundarya Sharma will share screen space with Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Dino Morea and Fardeen Khan. The film will also feature Nana Patekar, Chunky Panday, and Jackie Shroff.

A source close to the makers said Chitrangda will be playing a ‘very important role’ in the film. The actress and Akshay have worked together previously in movies like Desi Boyz and Khel Khel Mein. Housefull 5 will be going on floors on September 15. The film will have a 45-day long marathon schedule in London. Meanwhile, this will be the third Housefull movie to feature Jacqueline after Housefull 2 and 3, respectively.

A source told Pinkvilla, “They will be shooting some sequences in London first, and then board the cruise where the entire house will come down with confusion and laughter. Apart from the aforementioned key actors, the film has many more in supporting roles, which speaks volumes about the kind of madness the makers are looking to create on the screen.”

The source also revealed, just like Akshay Kumar’s other Housefull films, the latest installment will too have a unique trait like Sandy and Sundi in the previous film.

The film, directed by Tarun Mansukhani, is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Housefull 5 is slated to release on June 6, 2025.
